Quality control analysis of 1000 Genomes Project Omni2.5 genotypes

omni25_indep.tar.gz is a compressed tar file containing PLINK binary format
files.  Only 1,989,184 SNPs passing QC are present.  All individuals are
inferred to be more distant than 3rd degree relatives with all other
individuals in the dataset.  Note that family IDs will not necessarily match
those provided by the 1000 Genomes Project, but sample IDs have not been
changed.
