Toronto Bioinformatics User Group

On Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in the Red Room (CCBR, 160 College St, Toronto), the Toronto's Bioinformatics User Group (TorBUG) will be hosting our next guest speaker: Jeffrey Leek, Professor of Biostatistics and Oncology, John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
- 4 to 4:15 p.m. - Trainee Speaker: Petr Smirnov, Graduate Student, Halbe-Kains Lab, (CCBR Red Room) will speak on "Tools for mining high throughput pharmacogenomic datasets."
- 4:15 to 5 p.m. - Guest Speaker: Jeffrey Leek, Professor of Biostatistics and Oncology, John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (CCBR, Red Room) will speak on "Predicting and using metadata-the last mile of data integration."
- 5 to 7 p.m. Reception
