TCAG Facilities
TCAG has launched its Genologics LIM system for ordering services online, tracking sample status, and retrieving data. This LIMS will be used for the microarray, next-gen sequencing, genetic analysis, cytogenomics and genome resources facilities.

The Sanger sequencing facility will continue to use the existing Geospiza LIMS (http://tcag-2.ccb.sickkids.ca/Finch/Core/loginForm).
The oligo synthesis facility will continue to use either the existing TOCS LIMS for oligos synthesized at TCAG (http://tocs.tcag.ca/ or the IDT web portal (http://www.idtdna.com/TCAG/Login.aspx).
