TCAG Research highlighted in New York Times

TCAG research was featured in the December 28 edition of the New York Times. The article draws from data published by Dr. Lucy Osborne (of TCAG Scientific Management) about duplications of chromosome 7q11.23 (published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2005), Dr. Christian Marshall's work on 22q13 deletions in autism (American Journal of Human Genetics, 2007) as well as other recent work on the genetics of autism.

All of these studies also used the Database of Genomic Variants hosted by TCAG. This work also relied on collaborations with other researchers at SickKids, including Dr. Peter Ray (also of TCAG's Scientific Management), Dr. Rosanna Weksberg, Dr. Wendy Roberts and Cheryl Shuman.
