New paper in Nature Reviews Genetics
Mehdi Zarrei, Jeff MacDonald, Daniele Merico and Steve Scherer have just published a new paper in Nature Reviews Genetics entitled "A Copy Number Variation Map of the Human Genome."
This is the culmination of a lot of work and builds on many previous studies including a huge amount of TCAG lab and computational work involving many TCAG personnel. There was a lot of discussion around this paper and quite a few others will find themselves thanked for their contributions to these discussions in the acknowledgments.
It seems that every year there is another paper from the group that sits atop the pinnacle of CNV studies. Currently it's this one… for now! 2015 will certainly bring plenty more good things from the Scherer/TCAG group.
